Rates

My rates are $200 for a 53 minute session and $240 for a 70 minute session. 70 minute sessions are not available through my online booking and need to be arranged directly with me. You can contact me to learn more.

Billing and Insurance

I schedule and bill through a client portal, where I can accept credit or debit, FSA and HSA card payments.

Some insurance companies will provide you with out-of-network reimbursement for provider services (with a qualifying diagnosis). I will provide a statement that you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I do not guarantee reimbursement.

I encourage prospective clients to contact their insurance representative before the first session. This will help you to determine benefits and reimbursement eligibility. You are responsible for your own insurance benefits.

If you are experiencing financial hardship this practice has a number of appointments at a reduced fee. Please ask about availability.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, please email me directly.
